CDA Commerce LLC ("we", "us") operates online stores selling physical and digital consumer products to customers in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Order information — name, shipping address, email address and the contents of your order.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe and PayPal. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Correspondence — messages you send us by email.
- Technical information — collected by our store platform (Shopify), such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
Why we use it
To take payment, ship your order, send you tracking and receipts, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with parties that are needed to complete your order: our store platform (Shopify), our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), and the shipping carriers that deliver your parcel. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by United States tax and commercial law. Correspondence is kept while it remains useful for supporting you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Residents of certain states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy law. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
Children
Our stores are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
