Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to residential addresses, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. Digital products have no geographic restriction.

Dispatch time

Orders placed on a business day are typically picked and handed to the carrier within 48 hours. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Stock held in the United States

We import in advance and hold inventory inside the United States. Your parcel ships domestically, which is why it arrives in days rather than weeks, and why there are no customs delays or import charges waiting for you at delivery.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the shipping label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating. If it has not moved after three business days, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

Delivery estimates

Carrier estimates are estimates. Weather, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add time. If a parcel is materially late or appears lost, tell us and we will resolve it — that is our problem to fix, not yours.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; the cost of redelivery may be payable by you.

Digital delivery

Download links are emailed the moment payment clears, usually within a minute. Check spam and promotions folders first. If it has not arrived, contact us and we will send the files manually.
