These terms apply to purchases from stores operated by CDA Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot ship to your address — in which case you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe or PayPal. Charges appear on your statement as CDA COMMERCE.

Descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs and illustrations are representative; minor variation in colour or finish is not a defect.

Digital products

Digital files are licensed to you for your own use, personal or commercial, as stated on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files themselves.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
